This is a day league for women who can only play half of a season on Thursdays.
This league is a ladies' league open to anyone age 16 years and older. Curlers can register to play the full season or for just half a season. We are a relaxed bunch and new curlers are always welcome. Curlers register individually, indicating which position they prefer, and then teams are put together.
Each curler is required to pay $35 Marpole CC membership fee, $30 facility improvement fee, $18 Curl BC fee, $2 Curling Canada fee, $5 PCMCA fee and $10 day ladies social fee in addition to their league fees. These fees are only collected once per season if playing in another league at Marpole Curling Club. Curl BC/Curl Canada fees will only be collected once per season if playing in another club that uses Curling I/O.
This league operates independently and has its own president, secretary and treasurer. Other fees may be applied that are not part of the Marpole membership and facility fees to cover costs for their own social events and prize money.
