Five-week novice league from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sundays
The Sunday Novice League runs for five Sundays, 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, from Jan. 7 to Feb. 11 with no curling on Jan. 28. A coach is on hand to provide support to curlers, but this is not a learn-to-curl program. This league is suitable for those who have taken a learn-to-curl program or have some curling experience. Please do not register if you have not curled before or do not know how to play a game.
You can register as an individual or as part of a full or partial team. We will put teams together as needed.
Curling equipment is provided, including grippers and step-on sliders for your feet, brushes and delivery stabilizers.
Participants will also need to pay the Marpole Curling Club membership ($35.00) and facility ($33.00), plus Curling Canada ($2.00) and Curl BC ($18.00) annual membership fees if you have not already done so for the 2023-24 season.
