Thursday Evening Novice League

Five-week novice league with alternating draw times of 6:40 pm and 9:00 pm on Thursdays

Runs for 15 weeks from Nov. 7 to Mar. 13 with no curling on Dec. 19, Dec. 26, Jan. 23 and Feb. 27. A coach is on hand to provide support to curlers, but this is not a learn-to-curl program. This league is suitable for those who have taken a learn-to-curl program or have some curling experience. Please do not register if you have not curled before or do not know how to play a game.

You can register as an individual or as part of a full or partial team. We will put teams together as needed.

Curling equipment is provided, including grippers and step-on sliders for your feet, brushes and delivery stabilizers.

Participants will also need to pay the Marpole Curling Club membership fee ($35.00) plus Curling Canada ($2.00) and Curl BC ($20.00) annual membership fees if they have not already done so for the 2024-25 season.
