Five-week Pride novice league from1:45-3:45 pm on Saturdays
Join us for a welcoming and inclusive Saturday experience and help us build the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in South Vancouver! For curlers with some experience, develop your skills, enjoy friendly competition, and meet new people.
Due to popular demand, the league is expanding and moving to 1:45 -1:45 pm–3:45 pm
The Saturday Pride Novice League runs for five Saturdays, 1:45 pm–3:45 pm, from Jan. 31 to Mar. 7, with no curling on Feb. 7 & Feb. 28.
Participants may sign up as individuals to be placed on teams, as a full team of four, or as a partial team looking for one or two additional players. Registration closes once our set number of curlers is reached, regardless of whether you have listed others as curling with you.
A curling instructor is on hand each week to support those who need assistance. These leagues are suitable for people who have completed a curling clinic/program or have limited curling experience. Please do not register if you have never curled before.
All curling equipment is provided, including grippers, step-on sliders, brushes, and delivery stabilizers.
Participants will also need to pay the Marpole Curling Club, Curling Canada, and Curl BC annual membership fees, as well as a one-time MCC Special Levy, if not already paid for the 2025–26 season.
